Steven is a seasoned construction professional with a lifelong passion for building. His journey began in his hometown of Brenham, Texas, where he worked for a home builder throughout his junior high and high school years.

After graduating from college at Sam Houston State, Steven entered the commercial general contracting sector, where he gained valuable experience for several years. Eventually, he returned to his roots in home building, specializing in custom homes in Fort Worth. It was during this time that the seeds for JAG Glass were sown.

Frustrated with the challenges of managing subcontractors and the inherent inefficiencies in the construction process, Steven envisioned a better way. He recognized the need for quality contractors, where collaboration and transparency were paramount.

Kole brings a unique blend of hands-on operational expertise and a deep understanding of the land to his role as co-founder of JAG Glass. His journey began at Texas A&M University, where he earned a degree in soil science and agronomy, laying the foundation for his successful career in commercial landscaping.

For 10 years, Kole thrived as an operations manager in the competitive DFW landscaping industry. He honed his skills in managing multiple crews, optimizing workflows, and driving business growth. This experience instilled in him a deep appreciation for the importance of efficient processes, meticulous planning, and strong client relationships – values he now brings to JAG Glass.

VICE PRESIDENT

Justin brings a wealth of experience to the team, with 20 years under his belt in operations, business development, and project management. With a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the critical connection between sales and operations, Justin is committed to driving efficiency, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding results.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, hunting, fishing, baseball, and travel. When he isn’t leading projects at JAG Glass, you’ll probably find him at the baseball fields or his favorite fishing spot.

Alejandro is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the glazing industry. His extensive knowledge and expertise make him an invaluable member of the JAG Glass team, where he takes on various roles to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Outside of work, Alejandro prioritizes his family, enjoying quality time with them. He has a passion for cooking and loves attending his son's soccer games, cherishing moments spent with his loved ones.
